First port of call

If you have any concerns that you wish to voice please feel free to contact The Preston Park Osteopathy Clinic. Your concern will be listened to and taken seriously. Any immediate help or advice we can offer you will be provided and we will aim to do whatever we can to resolve your concern.

Any complaint made will be kept completely confidentially and will be used as a means to optimise patient care. As a reflective practice we aim to provide thoughtful and empathetic treatment that is both sensitive to the patients wants and expectations and effective in relieving symptoms. If there is any way to optimise this service we will always strive to achieve it and are grateful for your feedback.

If you feel that we have been unable to resolve your complaint you may wish to talk to the British Osteopathic Association as an independent organisation.
